Anything done by Coen brothers (No Country For Old Men, Raising Arizona, Fargo, True Grit, etc.) or Darren Aronofsky (The Wrestler, Requiem for a Dream, Black Swan, etc.)
True Lies (sentimental fave -- whenever I hung out with my best friend growing up and we got bored, we'd watch this as a default)
Alien series
Little Miss Sunshine
Star Wars series
X-Men First Class
Bloodsport
Toy Story 3
Orange County
